This selective herbicide kills:

Broadleaf weeds including clover, dandelion, catsear, daisies, cut–leaved geranium, chickweeds, dock, plantain, speedwell, thistles, some control for Onehunga prickle weed and many more.

Active Ingredients

168.5g/L Mecoprop, 42g/L MCPA, 21g/L Dicamba as the Diethanolamine salts in the form of a soluble concentrate.

Directions
Mowing:
1. Mow 2 – 3 days before application with the mower height raised a notch or two above normal. This gives time for the cut grass to 'heal' and leaves the weed foliage for the herbicide to act on.
2. Hold off mowing after application for 2 weeks. If the lawn 'needs' to be mowed sooner, raise the mower height a notch or two above normal so as not to remove the weed foliage.
Application:
1. Measure size of lawn (1L mix will cover 10 – 20m² depending on grass length).
  1. On established lawns: Dilute 10ml to 1L water.
  2. On lawns 2 – 6 months old: Dilute 5ml to 1L water.
2. Apply using a pressure sprayer.
  1. “Lawnboy” sprayer application: 100ml of LawnPro Turfclean in 6 litres of water over 100m² of lawn. Best results are obtained by 2 sprayings / passes of 3 litres each.

Caution
- New lawns – do not apply for the first 2 months.
- Do not use on cotulla and dichondra lawns or those where clover is being encouraged.
- Not suitable for buffalo lawns.
- If composting lawn clippings, do not use compost for six months.
- Some burning may occur with fine turf grasses.
- May cause skin irritation and serious eye damage. Wear gloves and eye protection.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and use within season of purchase.
- Please follow cautionary labels and safety instructions located on the product packaging.

Helpful tips
- Allow 2 weeks for weeds to die.
- After spraying avoid mowing for 1 – 2 weeks. If mowing is necessary after 1 week, raise the mower height 1 – 2 notches.
- Apply during spring and autumn when weeds are actively growing.
- Avoid applying if lawn is under stress or suffering from drought.
- Do not apply if rain is expected within 2 hours.
- Apply in calm weather to avoid spray drift onto desirable plants.
- Expect effects to take 2 – 3 weeks to show on some weeds.
- Difficult weeds like dandelion, catsear, daisy and others can be spot treated using LawnPro Turfclean diluted at 30ml/L.
- If composting lawn clippings, do not use for compost for 6 months.
